Financing a New Roaster: Lease vs Purchase
Both routes get you a working roaster. The right one depends on your cash flow, tax position and how long you plan to keep the machine.

Leasing spreads the cost of a roaster over its useful working life and keeps capital free for stock, staff or a second site. Outright purchase costs more upfront but means no ongoing payment once it's paid off, and the machine is a depreciating asset on your books.
When leasing makes more sense
If you're scaling quickly and expect to upgrade capacity within three to five years, leasing avoids being stuck with equipment you've outgrown. It also keeps a fixed, predictable monthly cost against your revenue rather than a large one-off hit to cash flow.
