Enquiries and quotes
Submitting a form or messaging us does not create a binding contract. Quotes, valuations and availability are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Services
Servicing, repair, installation, training, consultation and related work are subject to the scope, fees and conditions we agree with you for that job. Site access, safe working conditions and accurate machine details remain your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Pre-owned roasters
Listings of pre-owned roasters are descriptions of equipment we are offering or facilitating. Condition, specification and inclusions should be confirmed before purchase.
Listing a roaster for sale through us is free. Vendors who submit a listing form agree to our Used Coffee Roaster Listing & Sales Agreement (including exclusive listing rights and the standard commission). The full agreement is published on this website at the Sales Agreement page.
Finance
Finance calculators and estimates on this site are indicative only and do not constitute an offer of finance. Finance, where available, is provided by third-party lenders (including Aspire Asset Finance Ltd) and is subject to status and credit approval. Final terms are confirmed by the finance provider.
Intellectual property
Website design, branding, text, images and other content belong to Coffee Roaster Services Ltd or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our total liability arising from website use is limited to £100. Separate liability terms may apply under a written service or sales agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
